Mr. Krzysztof Urbanowicz has a university education –Master of Engineering degeree conferred at Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Marketing and Management. He also holds the degree of Master of Engineering of the School of Business at Warsaw University of Technology, specialisation: Business Management and University of Illinois AT Urbana Champaign (degree conferred – MBA). Mr. Krzysztof Urbanowicz also completed a number of specialist studies and training courses including without limitation advanced managerial course at the universities of Insead and St. Gallen.

According to Mr. Krzysztof Urbanowicz statement he does not run competitive business towards the Company and he does not participate in any competitive company as a civil association partner, personal partnership member or capital company authority member, except the function of the Management Board Member in the company NOVITUS S.A., in capital group of which ELZAB S.A. is , or any other competitive legal entity authority member. According to Mr. Krzysztof Urbanowicz statement he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept in virtue of the Law on National Court Register.

Mr. Jerzy Malok has a university education (Master of Engineering, Computer Science) – he graduated from the Faculty of Automatics and Computer Science at Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. Mr. Jerzy Malok completed post-graduate studies in the scope of management and marketing at Karol Adamiecki University of Economics in Katowice and Post-Graduate Managerial Studies based on MBA at Warsaw University of Economics.

Mr. Jerzy Malok subsequently worked as:
1) in the years 1981 – 1986 at Mera – Elzab Computer Works in Zabrze, respectively, as a structural engineer, production department engineer, servicing engineer,
2) in the years 1986 – 1990 at Elwro Wrocław as a marketing specialist,
3) since 1990 at Mera – Elzab Computer Works in Zabrze, and since 1992 at the Company, respectively, as marketing specialist, marketing department manager, commercial director and since 1996, as Commercial Vice-President of the Management Board.

Mr. Jerzy Malok is a member of the Supervisory Board of GENEZA SYSTEM S.A. in Tarnowskie Góry, ELZAB SOFT Sp. z o.o. in Zabrze and MICRA METRIPOND KFT Hungary.
According to the declaration submitted, Mr. Jerzy Malok neither runs any business competitive to the Issuer nor is he an authority member of any competitive capital company or personal partnership or any other competitive legal entity.

Mr. Zbigniew Stanasiuk is 54 years old. He is a university graduate. In 1981 he graduated, upon individual course of instruction in quantum chemistry and mathematics, from the Faculty of Chemistry and Mathematics of Higher School of Pedagogy and Agriculture (now The University of Podlasie) in Siedlce. In the years 1981-1989 he was an academic researcher of the Physical Chemistry Institute of Polish Academy of Sciences. Then he worked as a sales person at „Polcotex” Sp. z o.o. Foreign Trade Center and Inter Commerce Sp. z o.o. From 1992 to 1996 he was the Commercial Director at Inter Commerce for Shops Sp. z o.o., and since 1994 until present he is a Deputy Chairman of NOVITUS S.A. Management Board (former OPTIMUS IC S.A.).

According to his declaration, Mr. Zbigniew Stanasiuk is not running any competitive business in relation to the Company, nor does he participate in a competitive company as a civil association partner, partner of any personal partnership or member of a capital company authority, except the function of Deputy Chairman of NOVITUS S.A. – a company whose capital group „ELZAB” S.A. is a member of, nor does he participate in any competitive legal entity as its authority member. Mr. Zbigniew Stanasiuk has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept in virtue of the Law on KRS [National Court Register].

Mr. Janusz Krupa is 41 years old. He is a university graduate. He graduated from the Academy of Agriculture in Lublin, the Faculty of Agricultural Technology. He also graduated from a Post-graduate study, specialization: International Trade at the University of Economy in Cracow. In the years 1995-1998 he was the logistics manager at OPTIMUS IC S.A. In the years 1998 – 1999, he was the Purchase Department Manager at OPTIMUS IC S.A. as well. From 1999 to 2005 he was the Logistics Director at OPTIMUS IC S.A. that changed its name into NOVITUS S.A. in 2005. Since 2005 until present Mr. Janusz Krupa is a Logistics Director at NOVITUS S.A.
