ELZAB Mini is a small and easy to use cash register, perfect for services and small business establishments. Small dimensions and weight and additional equipment assure the universality of cash register application and it can work as a stationery and/or portable cash register.
The cash register has the functional facilities prepared for users issuing recurrent receipts (for example parking payment).
Its shape is ergonomic. Thanks to high quality materials used for making the casing and the lack of protruding elements ( for example keys) the device is easy to keep it clean.

Keyboard
Keyboard is built of durable and reliable switches. Has 30 multifunctional keys, covered with high durability foil. Particular keys are perceptible by clerk thanks to ergonomic foil embossment (without necessity of looking at).

Under the foil is easy to reach, paper insert with description of keys. It is possible to take it out, describe manually or replace with the new printout adapted for the needs of the new establishment (we can do it by means of any printer, with using the special service program).

Keys defining
It is possibility of keys defining - each key can have even the 4 meanings. It is possible to assign to the key defined articles, forms of payment (cash, credit card, cheque, voucher) or functions (clerk or manager and even so specific as turning off the cash register). Then one pressing the key programmed in a such way calls: assigned article, payment or function.

It is also possible to define the hot key- then each pressing causes at once printout of receipt with one, paid by cash sales item. In such a situation clerk can issue the receipt with minimum attention.
It is really excellent convenience for clerks selling for example tickets for means of transport, cinemas, museums, on events and also for issuing the receipts in the car parks.

Displays

Clerk display is alphanumeric (displays the characters and digits in two 16 character rows). It has the backlight, which make the clerk work easy even with the weak of outside light.

Customer display (7 digits) is very visible and durable.

Printing mechanism
The cash register is equipped in silent and reliable Citizen printing mechanism. It use the narrow and cheap paper rolls with the width 28 mm. The way of receipt printing reduces its length to minimum and assure the economical paper using. It is possibility of setting the minimum distance between the following receipts.

Mechanism of paper leading prevent the moving the rolls during the work or transport - cash register is able to print in each any position ( interesting: even in upside down position). It is of great importance during the using the cash register outside.

COMFORT OF WORK

Flexible modes of work
Sale can be realised in computer or ECR mode. Computer mode is easier for the beginning clerk. Cash register prompts following steps of work. On the other hand the ECR mode enable the practised clerk to sell fast and with the smaller number pressed keys (the order of choosing the PLU, articles quantity and price is not important). Thereby the way of service can be adjusted to skills, needs and first of all habits of a clerk.

Power supply, saving the energy
Cash register has the internal battery. When there is the lack of power supply, backlight of clerk display and customer display are automatically turned out if any key is not pressed during the 15 seconds (energy saving system).

MOBILITY

Power supply from the car
Cash register can be supplied from the car installation by means of power supply for ELZAB Mini cash register.

Outside work
Possibility of the outside work extends perfectly the range of ELZAB Mini cash register application. For the field work cash register can be equipped in bag and additional external battery, extending the time of work.

COMMUNICATION WITH OTHER DEVICES

From one side of cash register are buttons ON/OFF and communication interfaces. ELZAB Mini co-operates with the scales or PC and with the cash drawer. It is necessary to underline very good co-operation with the ELZAB Prima scales (it is necessary to use Prima-Mini power supply). For keeping the money the ELZAB Gamma cash drawers family is recommended (model A12 or A22).
