ELZAB Eco, due to its small size and developed capabilities, has versatile application. It combines advanced technology and rich functionality with modern design.

Cash register’s features ELZAB Eco makes use of the best solutions applied in the fiscal devices made by ELZAB. Small dimensions and wide list of functions allow using it as a single-stand cash register in small shops and also, where functionality is required characteristic for system cash registers operating in cash registers network managed by a computer and warehouse software, in small and large commercial entities. Continuity of solutions applied in previous ELZAB cash registers means also the trouble-free cooperation with utilised warehouse software for those users, who shall replace the currently used cash registers to ELZAB Eco. An opportunity to set cash register’s operation mode, which the user is used to is an important merit. Basic functions The cash register tends all typical operations related to sale: Goods for sale may be selected using a number, name, barcode or shortcut key in the goods base; The separate receipt items may be reviewed, corrected or deleted before they are saved; It is possible to grant discounts and overheads (by percentage or by price) for particular items and for the whole receipt; it is possible to specify the maximum level of a discount and an overhead; It is possible to accomplish cash sale or by means of 3 predefined payment terms; Payments in 8 currencies are acceptable; Conditional sale is available, which is useful for pairs of goods which are always sold together; The cash register tends sale and receipt of returnable packages. Facilities which ensure work convenience Cashier has an opportunity to select one of two operation modes. Computer mode, characteristic for ELZAB cash register or ECR mode utilised in cash registers made by other manufacturers. This opportunity is mirrored by, for instance: Opportunity to enter amounts in Polish Zloty or Grosz, saving the receipt using "payment" key. Well-thought-out, well arranged menu tree facilitates an access to individual functions for a cashier, manager and service ones. Keys or combinations of keys can be assigned to: particular goods, payment terms, currencies, discounts, overheads, selected functions or reports.
Special key allows monitoring name and price of given goods on the basis of input code, without receipt item printout. The cash register tends barcodes with quantities and prices. Sale with "open price" entered by a cashier is also available.
Additional advantages significant for a user Thanks to the opportunity of printing the double height and width characters, one can design well visible receipt heading. The cash register makes available the set of detailed reports settling the sale, with a division to "resetting" and "non-resetting" reports. The cash register reminds a user about obligatory periodical inspection deadline. Connection sockets are hidden underneath the cash register; this prevents accidental cables disconnection, limits the area occupied by cash register and provides aesthetic appearance a sale stand. Ready for Euro The cash register has a function "Euro Entering", which tends irreversible transfer to Euro currency as the future Polish currency. Cooperation with additional devices The cash register cooperates with PC computer, barcode reader, drawer, scales which fact develops opportunities to organize a sale stand. This is the first cash register containing the scales interface, which allows displaying goods data (name, price) collected from the cash register on the display of calculating scales. Such solution does not require maintaining the goods base in the calculating scales. Up to four ELZAB Prima scales can be connected (using a branch-joint) to ELZAB Eco cash register at the same time. Goods weighing function is also available. The cash register can be configured in a manner that makes possible to connect many scales popular at the market. Operation in the cash registers system managed by PC Computer interface is fully compatible with all up to now ELZAB cash registers models. Similarly, data transmission between the cash register and a computer takes place in the background without interfering the cashier's work. ELZAB Eco provides the increased data transmission as well as a wider range of data to be read by PC. To connect more cash registers to PC computer one can use multiplexers and cash register modems manufactured by ELZAB.
